If your E-visa has been approved, we will email you the full details in PDF-format. If you have not had a response within 72 hours, we suggest you check the spam folder in your email. If you still cannot find any email from us, please notify our Customer Service Team by email. If your personal information changes, we can advise you on how to submit new information or help you process a new E-visa application.
